Russian sports complex “Ready for Labor and Defense” (TRP) – a full program and regulatory framework of physical education of the population, aimed at the development of mass sports and health of the nation.
The complex TRP provides training to implement and direct the implementation of a population of different age groups (6 to 70 years of age and older) established regulations for the three levels of difficulty, the corresponding gold, silver and bronze insignia “Ready for Labor and Defense” (TRP).
